Law Students needed on Voting Day -

With Obama campaign strengthening every day, the Republicans have started several attacks and even lawsuits in different states trying to prevent people from voting.  These attacks are expected to peak during the actual election day with challengers located at strategical voting locations.  Through use of extensive questioning there will be delays, long lines and possible discouraging acts.  You, as a law student or a young lawyer, can take part in a special education program and volunteer on November 4, 2008 to counter-challenge such atrocities, help voters from all walks of life to voice out their opinions in our future.

Thomas M. Cooley Law School Democrats are proud to sponsor a training program on October 21st to guide those who want to help.  Please check our events section for details.

With probably the most important election of our lives less than sixty days away, take a little stroll to the Obama Campaign Headquarters at 505 N. Capitol and see what you can do to help shape our futures.
